How it works
- Reads each quote: line prices, freight, fees, tax, total, lead time — only what's written.
- Checks the math: qty × unit = line total, and lines + freight + tax = total.
- Matches lines to your parts list and flags substitutions and missing items.
- Works out landed totals. If freight or tax isn't stated, it shows a minimum, never $0.
- Recommends the lowest landed total that covers every part and your deadline, and drafts questions for vendors.
Rules it follows
- Never invents freight, tax, stock or delivery — "not stated" is shown as is.
- Never contacts vendors or places orders. Drafts wait in your approvals.
- Live prices are "found on <date> at <link>", never "the market price".
- Your quote text stays private to you. Public stats only count runs.
