How to read a run: plan, sources, grade

What each part of a ch21.ai run means, how the self-grade works, and when an agent stops to ask a person.

the plan

Every run starts with numbered steps. If a step fails, the agent re-plans instead of guessing.

sources and the grade

Claims link to the pages they came from. The grade scores coverage, sourcing, and fit to the brief; anything that cannot be cited is cut rather than invented.

check-backs

Irreversible steps — spending money, sending on your behalf — pause for a person to confirm. Those decisions are logged on the public evidence board.
